The room rate are included daily breakfast, 12% local applicable government taxes, 10% service charge,  free tea and coffee in room, free two bottle of drinking water daily, free use of wireless internet.

There are 2 set of inter-connecting rooms, one is located on the ground floor and have direct access to the swimming pool and another set on the first floor of the two stories French colonial style buildings with private balcony. Both rooms have inter-connecting door in between for easy access to each other. One room with king size bed and another room with twin beds.
